Very powerful and impressive construction machines

ZOOMLION QAY2000
After spending a summer rigorously testing its nine-plus-three chassis at Zoomlion’s Kuantang facility, the Zoomlion QAY2000 made its debut at Bauma Cʜɪɴᴀ in 2012. This was followed by two months of road and type tests at the Cʜɪɴᴀ National Quality Supervision Center for Construction Test Machines in Xibozi, Beijing. Prior to the second overload test of 7,500 tonnes/meter on November 4 of the same year, the all-terrain crane successfully completed an overload test of 6,000 tonnes/meter. According to Zoomlion, the crane managed to lift a load of 750 tons within a 10-meter radius.

Komatsu ZT44 blast hole drill
The surface drilling rig for use in mining is called the ZT44. With purpose-built structures, powerful engines and large dual adjustment compressors that can adapt to varying rock hardness conditions, they offer outstanding performance and reliability. The ZT44 is a versatile machine that can be used for pre-separation deᴍᴀɴding, production, addition and other applications.

CAT® scrap and demolition shears
Deliberately more efficient. Slide cylinder size, jaw depth and opening, grade arm length and machine capability are all balanced in the slide design as a system solution that allows you to cut more tons per day and make more money. Double-ended offset jaw design reduces blade wear and can increase cutting efficiency by up to 15%. The standard 360° rotator on the S3000 Series allows you to precisely position the jaws for the best cutting position without moving the tool.

Constant power throughout the cutting cycle. To ensure proper installation, ideal stroke length and range of motion, shears are matched for Cat excavators. Tapered spacer plates increase cutting efficiency while reducing drag and jams. Because the cylinder rod is fully protected within the frame, less downtime and downtime and a slimmer design are possible for better visibility. Material is free to fall from the jaw area without interfering with the next cutting cycle.

Volvo R100 stiff tipper
The R100 rigid dump truck features the latest technology that lets you move more using less fuel. Volvo Dynamic Shift Control not only offers best-in-class driving performance, but also Eco-Shift mode which automatically selects the most efficient shift schedule when you work with a lighter workload. Additional fuel-saving features and excessive engine wear are reduced by automatic engine shutdown and optional speed-sensitive on-board weighing. The R100 stiff tipper saves you time and money.

By extending service intervals, heavy-duty equipment helps you save on maintenance costs and maximize uptime. The stiff Tipper R100 with an apparent payload of 95 tons was made even more. The tipper with a capacity of 60 m3 offers maximum load protection and low material transfer thanks to its V-shaped body with exhaust gas heating. The body is made of impact and abrasion resistant steel for long-lasting performance. Use our 10-10-20 load policy to improve performance.
